Acceptance of these terms
By booking with us or using this website you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our service.
Booking
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through the enquiry form on this site. A confirmed booking forms a contract between you and us.
Please give us full and accurate pickup and drop-off details, contact information, and passenger numbers when you book. We're not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by inaccurate information you provided.
Prices
All quotes are fixed at the time of booking and include all charges unless we tell you otherwise. We will agree any additional charges (extra waiting time, additional stops, significant route changes) with you in advance.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows or cancellations after the driver has departed may be charged the full fare.
If we need to cancel due to circumstances outside our control (severe weather, vehicle failure, illness) we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rebooking.
Payment
We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on completion unless we've agreed something else in writing.
Your responsibilities
Please ensure all passengers wear seatbelts. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles. Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect.
Tell us about special requirements at the time of booking — child seats, accessibility needs, animal travel, oversized luggage — so we can make sure we can accommodate them.
Our liability
We carry full passenger insurance. Our liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control is limited to the price you paid for the journey.
We're not liable for missed flights or onward connections unless the delay is the direct result of our fault. We strongly recommend allowing generous time for airport transfers.
Lost property
Items found in our vehicles will be held for 30 days. Please contact us as soon as possible if you've left something behind.
Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
